But, the MacBook Air slightly upped the ante in Apple's ultra-portable lineup and introduced a rather uninspiring 720p FaceTime camera. Still a huge upgrade over the 12-inch MacBook. The MacBook Air is a line of laptop computers developed and manufactured by Apple Inc. It consists of a full-size keyboard, a machined aluminum case, and, in the more modern versions, a thin light structure. The Air was originally positioned above the previous MacBook line as a premium ultraportable. Since then, the original MacBook's discontinuation in 2011, and lowered prices on subsequent. With more than 4 million pixels and a resolution of 1024×768, the MacBook Air display is bright and clear, with gorgeous images and clear text. A 720p FaceTime HD camera and three microphone units installed at the top of the show. MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, even the iMac, all have that 720p webcam. But, there is one current Mac with a better camera. Chances are you don't have it, so don't get too excited.

Features
- MacBook Air 5,2 (13-inch, Mid 2012) Core i7 processor (Mid 2012) sports a new asymmetrical fan. The gaps between blades vary from 3.6 mm to 2.8 mm. The fan blades, arranged in “asymmetrical” pattern, disperse sound across a wide range of frequencies, thus making fan noise “hardly perceivable.” In fact, this model features the top choice of the line, but the heat sink is too small for the processor of this class. Asymmetrical fan or no asymmetrical fan, overheating might present an issue here.
- Intel HD 4000 graphic co-processor can be compared to AMD Radeon HD 6620G integrated video.
- U in the processor’s title stands for ultra. The processor belongs to the ULV – ultra-low-voltage – processors class. It consumes less energy and is ‘colder’ than its predecessor.
