If you’ve installed Acrobat DC (April 2015 release) on macOS using the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app, the Uninstall option in the app doesn’t work.
To uninstall Acrobat DC and remove the Acrobat DC entry from the app, do the following:
Uninstall Acrobat DC using the Acrobat uninstaller at /Applications/Adobe Acrobat DC/Acrobat Uninstaller.app.
In the Creative Cloud app desktop app, choose Uninstall for Acrobat DC in the All Apps section.
The Acrobat DC entry is removed from the app.

be an answer. For some tasks, a more sturdy macbook/pro or desktop mac is best.
Much has been unsaid, but the storage/SSD seems small for those plus macOS apps.
